Wife asked for interim In divorce case filed by husband

In divorce case wife asked for interim but she has already been denied the interim in maintenance case due to adultery relation and further more husband has left job and is jobless what he should do to prevent this interim... Please answer in detail
You can infact claim maintenance if your wife is working and you are unemployed. Further it depends on the fact of ur case and you already know if guilty of adultery the spouse is not entitled for maintenance.
