Wife and her family is threating of false cases to rob us

My wife is not coming to me since more than 4 months. She mentally tortured me and my family alot. I once asked her to not to torture me anymore and divorce me if she wants. I had endured a lot and then said this word on whatsapp when she refused to meet me even during our first anniversary. Now she is saying i said talaq to her privately many times which i never said. I have always till today texted and asked her to come to me. people know it too. I didnt take dowry also and those people got govt. money for marriage and i gave 50k as mahr . They are planning to go to coury against us. She has also beaten me once in bed room and always refused to make love. Now, I my question is on what grounds she can file case on , ofcourse it will be a false one as im the victim here, not her. And how can i prepare against this. Her family is not even listening to their own relatives to go settle this matter along muslim law. Her relatives also know how wicked and evil intentions those people have.
