when to remarry after divorce with proper law

my exparte decree is set aside after appeal of my husband. after all i got divorce finally , but he again move to higher court to challenging family court decision. he apeal to higher court after 45 days to date of decision and now its more then 3 months , i dont get any notice or any kind of letter. i want to know when would i can remarry without any hassel... thanks for guiding me.
hello if you are planning to remarry please plan after disposal of the appeal in the high court and thereafter also elapse of period of appeal to higher court. It appears from the contents of your query that exparte order was set aside but divorce was granted by Ld. family court on merits. It would be appropriate to look into the ground of divorce and merits of the case to advise further.
