I want to send a court notice to my husband claiming for 75 lakh and monthly maintenance of 30000 I did not apply for divorce nor any criminal case on him what will be the court fee that I have to pay in hyderabad and I am a Hindu

For claiming monthly maintenance there is no court fee. Only lawyer fees. For claiming alimony of 75 lakhs you need to file a cade under domestic violence case . There is no court fees under DVC. A good lawyer will charge you 6 to 7% of money received by you as alimony
