What to do if brother-in-laws wife is threatening for divorce

My brother in law wife want a divorce and me and my husband is living in front of my br-in law and she complain in Manila police thana for hassesment and for property but our all the property going under loan and we don't have anything to give and saying we will give anything she will go to fir and she got married before 8 years and not leaving with us from last 1 year and havg girl child of 4 years pls help us
She has a right over the property which is in the name of her husband only and not which is in the name of your husband or your name or even in the name of her husband's parents. Further she can file a complaint against you only if you were in a domestic relationship with her but as you are living separately she can't file a case of domestic violence against you or your husband.
