Hi , wife is making false blame of domestic violence.. how and what are the evidence to be collected to prove her wrong

First try to approach the High Court and get a stay and then get it quashed. During the course of cross examination there is much space for asking several questions to your wife to which she may not stand since she made false allegations. If her case ended in dismissal then you can file defamation case on her.
