What legal actions can wife take if husband is having an affair

My husband is cheating on me since last 5 years i.e he have an affair with an unmarried woman. Please guide me to deal with this situation when I had already tried a number of times to stop him from doing this by saying. We are hindu.
If you want to save your marriage then you can consult a marriage counsellor but if you are prepared to part ways then you can file for divorce on the ground of adultery making the paramour of your husband also a party in the case. There is also a possibility that when you make his paramour a respondent in the case along with your husband then she might even distance herself from your husband and then later you can settle the matter and save your marriage.
