It has been 7years since I got married from day one.im facing lot of problems and past 5yrs I'm separated.my husband filed rcr in counciling he is still the same and money minder and councillor told to proceed in court.ow can I apply for divorce in mutual consent by court coz husband is not willing to talk or what to do.i don't know

yes ma'am you can file divorce case against your husband. you can also file Maintenance case against him. you can file both the cases separately. as you have said about your husband, it seems your husband is only pushing you to file the divorce case.
