What are the grounds of divorce for Sikh Khatri as per custom law

09-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi There My grandfather, Sikh Khatri, belongs to Gujranwala Pakistan and settled in Kanpur after partition. At that time those Sikh Khatris follow same customs as they were following in Pakistan. In that time community divorce or panchyat divorce was valid in Sikh Jats but I am not sure about Sikh Khatris at the time of partition. I need this very important information aa it is very useful in court case related to my father. My grandfather and other old people having knowledge of this fact had passed away. so if anyone can guide me about old rituals would be great. I would be very thankful. Thanks

It's depend upon the condition that under which rites you have performed your marriage.
If you have performed marriage as per Sikh rites then Sikh marriage act would apply.
Don't go so in your grandfather history.
