hello client hru .as you are saying tht you have got married to your wife in Karkardooma court this year only by a notary but now girl is refusing to go with you or to move with you as she is under pressure with her mother as her mother is trying to influence her so she should not move with you in this matter you have been trapped.you have to take legal action .
Hi,
In this regard, when you say that it was conducted by a notary in Delhi, I would have to see the paper to know whether the marriage is even valid. You should have been issued a marriage certificate, which can be brought before Court to show that the marriage had taken place.
Once it is confirmed that you have those papers in order, you can proceed to file a case for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act to ensure that your wife returns home. You may also file a writ petition at the Delhi High Court with the prayer that your wife is released from the confinement of her parents and she is being kept against her will. The Court will see whether she is legally married to you, and if she has been kept away from you, she will be produced before Court to have her statement recorded.
