Want to stay with my husband but he wants to file divorce and question

I had an love marriage, but my husband used to physically abuse me but still I loved me he was insecured of my education and friend circle as I am MBA and currently I came to know he is not even passed class 10, currently for last one year he is staying in Bangalore and want to divorce me I am going under mental pressure and admitted to hospital for panic attacks due to divorce decision I don't want to give him divorce as I love him a lot and he has questioned on my character how can I stay with him as he is pressurizing me for mutual divorce.
There is nothing to worry, you need to handle it very technically, i am sure when a man questions on a woman's character, they themselves are at some affair, so they tend to push it on wives to see how it works, you need to be strong headed and stick by your principles
