My brother was in live in relationship with a girl 9 years older to him, he had written and given that he would never leave her, whenever he talks about going she blackmails him that she will put him in jail. She is very aggressive. He broke a bottle on her ex head. She is a divorce and he is unmarried. Also, they have Aborted 2 babies. Can she file a case?
