Want to file for mutual divorce as wife not ready to come back

What Is Mutual Divorce I have one kid 11months my wife is not at happy with my parents she doesn't want come back again to my home I try to tell it's going to slowly 1. My wife won't give respect to my mom 2. Her family is not at all won't sites 1st to our family 3. Her father is spoiling her mind she won't care any one even me also. 4. I given many more chances but she is same I am tied now all ways is used to go to her home her she will don't have any feeling at all what she done in my home is everything is correct only she believes. My parents or toralating because of me and my kid. Told her so many times u pls don't cry always for small issues also. Don't cry in front of your parents they will think that I and my family is not carry her properly. Her father won't stand on his words. He say something and at same time he say I did say this word. On Sunday morning I went out meet and chicken. When I came back she is crying in my room I asked why wht happened my mom said something. Hin

Based on your query I can only found opinion that what are you experiencing is normal married life, it's a common issue among the married people. My advice is take things slowly and try to reason with her and go for a counselor. As for your question for mutual consent divorce your wife need to apply petition with you it means she must give consent for divorce then only mutual consent divorce can be applied in the court.
