i'm separated woman and awaiting divorce can i use my name on aadhar for my kid she is a minor please advise
Yes you can change your existing name to new name of your choice, to change the name you have to file an application to change the name along with documents proof, your name will publish in in the official gazette after one month , thereafter you can change name on your documents.
