US Citizen Divorce Without Spouse Conscent

Marriage between US Citizen of indian orgin and indian citizen. As US laws follow a no fault divorce law means you can get a divorse without spouse conscent. What is the validity of such a forced non-conscetual divorce in India and what actions can be taken against such a fraud NRI ?
Dear Querist, You have not specified marriage was registered under Indian Laws or US Laws?? If under Indian Laws then due process if divorce as per provisions are to be followed. If registered under US, then nothing much is left for Indian Citizen.
