U Turn Just Before The Decree Is Granted

15-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Actually my second hearing of mutual divorce is done in which I was not asked about my consent by the judge. I and my husband appeared before the judge where I collected my Stree Dhan and after that we came out of the court room. Then after some time we were called my the judge in the room again coz there was some problemb in one paper. We got the paper correction but the judge had left till then. Now decree of divorce is not granted yet and we are called on 19 of this month again. Can I take a U turn in this moment?

Once you signed the MOU(Memorandum of Understanding) and received your articles as per settlement like Stree Dhan or any alimony, taking U-turn shall be considered as Contempt of Court.
there is no U-turn after filling of petition for second motion.
