The minimum and maximum amount of alimony to be paid

Hi,
I got married in 2015 and have a daughter from that marriage who is currently 2 yrs of age. I currently earn Rs. 60,000 pm. With regards to my assets, I have rs.1,00,000 FD in bank and rs 1,00,000 loked-in in Elss scheme of a mutual fund. I have a reason to believe my wife is having an extra marrital affair. What would be mimimum and maximum alimony that i wil be supposed to pay to her in below scenerios:
1. I am able to prove she is having an extra marrital affair
2. I am NOT able to prove she is having an extra marital affair
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about alimony how much you are payable if you prove your wife is involved in extra marital affair and how much if not able to, in case you prove then you are supposed to not pay any and if failed to prove then may be half or as per the honorable court decides.
