My wife had an extra marital affair and she don't want divorce. I have only proof of her Instagram chatting where they were chatting about their past relationship and to meet again to have privacy together.
She is denying to have divorce. Kindly suggest me how to proceed here.
Shall I go to court put divorce from my side or is there any other effect way to handle it.
Please help me to get out of this critical situation.

Dear queriest, as per your query if she is denying Gor divorce then ask her to discuss the issue which she playing behind you to end that, and if you want to continue your matrimonial relationship then let her give in writing that she will not do this again or get involved, if not then you go for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and having extra marital affair. for more information in detail kindly call me for the same

Adultery (extra marital affair) under law is a ground for divorce. However, proving the same is difficult. You have 2 options either stop residing with your wife and stop giving her any support. Thereby she will have to approach court and file case against you. Other thing would be you file case against wife for adultery which you may or may not be able to prove.

If you really want's to divorce her you can move and can file divorce Petition on the ground of adulatory. But for that you have to relay on the documents that you have within your custody. If she goes ready for mutual consent then you can convert said Petition under mutual consent.
