My brother and his wife has separated recently however they haven't applied for divorce till now. We are from tamilnadu and she is from kerala. Now can my brother seek the help of the court to see his daughter which is one year old if his wifes family restrict him from seeing her.
by filing petition under guardian and wards act, defenitely, your brother can obtain an order from the court to visit his child. somehow sue to the smaller age of the child, the mother and her relatives may raise objection, stil then your brother is having every right to see his child
