7 years of marriage, I have gone through lot of issues with my husband and have decided to divorce him. nHe threthens to take away children. He is manipulative. Children are 4 years and 6 years. I need their custody and be able to free myself from my husband. Can whatsapp messages of my husband saying he wishes to divorce be accepted as evidence. nnHe is abusive and shouts and harasses in front of children. He sends whatsapp messages saying he will shout in front of everyone. nnKindly help. nnIf I have to file divorce what do I need to do..We stay in the same house but in different rooms. nnnI'm a Christian and sadly my husband is a pastor. I tried to reconcile many times taking elders advice adjust and compromise. That's how 7 years have passed. nnNow, I'm unable to bear this anymore.
