Rights of daughter over husband's property after divorce

i hired a case of divorce with husband.i want to know that after divorce i and my daughter can use my husband sirname otherwise it will change with my father sirname.my husband had a crores property of his grandfather but after my father in laws death my mother in law is new owner...in future after divorce will my daughter has any right in his property who lives with me and i have her custody Plz ans
as par your concern that you want change your surname in the documents relevant so you need to go proper channel for changing of surname. and secondly yes your daughter have the right in their property.
