25-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I want to know what legal right I have in muslim law regards to complaint filed by my wife in a mosque related to marital problem or probably divorce. Do i need to respond to the mosque who had called for a meeting or can I ignore and give complaint in my mosque and summon her?

Dear Sir,
Legally speaking such persons have no authority to convene any such meeting and have no authority to force you to attend such meeting. In fact our customs prevailed over us and we are bound to respect such social customs and also respect such meetings in order to avoid embracement for you in future in social gatherings etc. You may avoid such meeting and ask them to approach a family Court for necessary relief if they want.
