My name is Asif. I m from coimbatore. I gave divorce to my wife through sharia(it's allowed these days or not) . Can I remarry any girl? Is it become a problem for me or my ex wife can file a case against me under infidelity?
if you had given solid that is not triple Talaq other format of Talaq done that is valid under law shit if you noticed your wife and your wife should come to the place and along with the elders and the there is a mediation between the elders of the family and if the consolation is failed then the Talaq can we pronounce it touch format then the Talaq is not valid she can challenge in any Court
