My brother's wife always abused to my mother and brother too...and always give threaten us that I will file a case against you for dowry and conflict case against you...it is more than one year now... Now we recently decided to go for divorced but still we have fear because there are so many laws for ladies....
Hello before she files the cases you can take appropriate remedy in law for your mother and brother for example if your mother is senior citizen she can file complaint against her daughter in law for inappropriate treatment and threats. your brother and mother can write a complaint to local police regarding threats, these are some remedies which will help you in case she files false case.
