Sir, I have questions about Hindu Marriage act. Here is my question.
Brij is a man marry to lady Meena and had one male child Rajesh. Meena died and Brij married to another lady Shanti and had one female child kunti. Now rajesh got married to Veena and had one male child bhuvan. Kunti got married to man ramesh and had one female child seema . Now, according to the Hindu Marriage act, the marriage between bhuvan and seema is legal or not?
as you said Brij Kumar w a s married T w o women w h o s e name Baj Meena and Shanti Devi Kunte the daughter of second wife Shanti was married to Ramesh Kunti was married to Ramesh a girl who was married Tu Bhuvan San off Rajesh while Kunti head half shivlings n Rajesh show the marriage of their two children was prohibited by the kinship belong to and is illegal
