Question regarding exptra marital affair

I'm having affair with someone wife and his husband know about this.
Husband and wife are not living together from 1 years because girl kickout by boys parent and boy.
before husband was agree for divorce, now he is not. Creating problem for wife and me.
What to do?

If you wish to marry that girl then she has to take divorce from her husband.
1st she can send notice to her husband for calling mutual divorce and if after receiving notice he has not come then she has to file contested divorce. Also she can file domestic violence case against her husband and in-laws
