Procedure to withdraw divorce as husband asking for child custody.

I asked for divorce. But he is not even giving interim maintenance. He says give son and I will give divorce. Should I withdraw divorce case as I will not marry in future and let him ask for it?
Helo, there is no need to withdraw your case if he is asking for that and putting conditions in front of you. Yes, there is question of child custody, it depends on child's age and the person who is claiming for custody that is competent or not to give that child a better future than mother. What is financial position ? What is child's opinion according to him age? Extra extra.
