Me mere parmti se 17 years se alag rehe rahi hu but pehele hamara divorce ho nhi pay Tha but mujhe abhi divorce ke liye apply karna he to uss ke liye kya procedure he.
In the given situation, you can file a petition for divorce in the jurisdictional family court under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act. If there is no issue speak to your spouse and file for a mutual divorce which would be an easier process and you get divorce faster
