Procedure For Applying Divorce If Wife Is Away For 8 Months

I want to apply divorce with my wife as she have issues in pregnancy time and got abortion for 3 times. But my is not willing to give divorce.
sir you have to file a case in court stating that you are not happy with your marriage and you want separation from your wife your wife is not good torturing you you can even get mutual consent divorce done if she is not willing to give you divorce then you have to fight
