Hi, What is the validity/legality of a Pre-nuiptal agreement in India? And, how to get one before getting married?
Sorry but there is nothing like in India and not even in the world . It is illegal . Who told you about this.that person has just misguided you . When you are getting married it is matter of love and faith not any. Agreement sorry .
