pls help how i can get court order to fix timing to meet childred as s

I have filed devorce petition from 2019 and counceling done now matter in court hearing process , still my husbad has not done his lawyer , he just come sometine at court and go , 3 year boy and 6 year girl custody is with me. but my husband any time come at baby sitting meet babies and take them out , it disturn schooling , babysetter and baby grorwth ,
i want court order for fix time and date to meet for my husband.
so that i can avoide unneccerry fighting , abusing and mential harresment.
but my laywer saying that it will take time again 3 month , before court date 11.2.20 she can not do any thing , after that there is no surity for same .
but i can not take it more , i m stuck to stop my husband to take babies...

You can file application for custody of children and non disturbance to custody of children by your husband in court by mentioning and then giving notice regarding application to your husband.
Then court can pass appropriate order on application.If your case is pending in family court Mumbai then there is children access center is there on 3rd floor of family court,Bandra, Mumbai. On that center your husband can meet to children according to court order.
