Hello,
My friend had applied for mutual divorce and all proceedings where completed.
The final document is printed with error.
The lawyer himself has raised the concerned.
How much time will it take to get the document again.
if the petition has error then it can be rectified and represented. but if it is ordered then amendment to the order shall be filed and corrected order shall be get from the court. it will be processed in a timely manner. the petition shall be on seniority list
