I have filed divorce case against my wife on cruelty. She has past adultery after marriage but due to my daughter I excused her and was with her . But now I want to leave her ...can I use that has cruelty on me now. I have the SMS data of her and that boy.....if any confession msg is there in that SMS ...it will be easy to prove her adultery.... because I have no other proofs. Will she get alimony....if she gets how much can she get . My salary is 1lakh. One of my friend is saying u can't take the past adultery now. It is not useful . Only SMS data is not sufficient to prove adultery he is saying . Pls advise me . Thanks in advance
the adultery shall never been proved at any time and at any cost. the SMS is not sufficient one. At the time of counselling or at making trail the adultery shall be exhibited before the court. In camera proceedings shall be made
