Partner file mutual cons. divorce what if Girl Withdraw after 6 month

1) Girl was having affair with her Uncle and continued after marriage but when I came to know I asked for divorce and she got ready. 2) We both filed divorce petition with Mutual consent and this is cooling period. 3) Girl's Mom was planning to give lumpsum amount to girl for buy home but when all this blunder came out, her Mom denied to give her money and now she is pressuring me get that money for her Mom, if that not possible than she is asking me to pay that money from my pocket. 4) Bcoz of her affair, everyone has broke relations with her. 5) Currently She is staying at home which is Owned by My Brother/Father, as per mutual understanding we fixed X amount as Alimony and I agreed to pay 50% so that she will leave my brother. I already gave that 50% amount to her but now she is not leaving my brother's home. She will leave my brother's home it was verbal communication. Can anyone guide me what do I do... it's like "ek toh chori and upper se sinajori"
