Nullity of my registry marriage

I have done a registry marriage with Mr.x( name not disclosed) but immediately after that, he left for job abroad. Due to many family issues both side, the traditional marriage cannot be conducted. What is the procedure of anulment of this registry in a speedy way? Hindu religion
File an petition before the district court narrating that you ppl have not consumated marriage...ie. no physical intimacy has developed ever between you people
make sure you both agreed to this.
