Main ek ladke ko love karti thi aur usse notary main shadi bhi kar lii thi.par kuch dino baad wo baar baar mujhse jhagada karte the aur mujhse jhagada karke wo alag alag ladkiyon se baat karte the,jab mujhe pata chala to maine unse break up kar liye 2015 main.abhi hamare ghar main ek alag ladke se shaadi fix kiye hain.abhi mujhe dar hai ki kahin notary papers show karne se kuch problem to nahn hoga? Kya notary papers legal hai?kya future main meri shaadi shuda life main problem hoga ya nahn?

Notary marriage is invalid. But if you lived together as husband and wife after marriage and observed the marital customs then there is some issues. And if at all the boy files a case of bigamy if you get married then you have to contest the case. But notary marriage is invalid.

The same Courts have repeatedly reaffirmed that notaries are not authorized to issue marriage certificates nor are they legally allowed to notarize a signed declaration of marriage. This is beyond their prescribed functions under section 8...
