Notary marriage is a valid document or not?

I have done marriage since 2013 June in notary,when I am in college.I have done this marriage because for my family members.I am very much scared for pressurising me to do marriage according to their choice.But after some days I handled the situation and starting higher studies.obody will knows about my marriage,we are also living with my family members.after some years some disturbances create between us,i will try to save my relationship but no results comes out.then finally I decided to break up my relationship,i would stop contacting him since 2015,,now my parents will going to do my marriage to someone else,and I also mentally prepared that I should leave him
Is this create any problem in future?is it a valid reason for him for making disturbances?please help me
Notary marriage is not a valid marriage as per the decision of the orissa high court or the marriage certificate issued by notary is not valid as per that decision but you are advice to declare the said marriage void to avoid future dispute

How do I make a marriage affidavit?
Both parties must sign the application form.
Documents proving address.
Documents proving your identity.
Document proving date of birth.
2 passport size photographs.
If either party was previously married and divorced legally, the death certificate of their previous spouse is required.
Is notary marriage is valid in India?

Who can do notary in India?

As you said you entered into a marriage in fear that your family should not convince and pressurise you to get married with someone else ,hence now as it seems they are successful you can now marry anybody of their choice if you want as Notary marriage is not valid.
