My sister husband lawyer verified address with my sister over phone call to send devorce notice, however we haven't received any notice from them.. what should we do? As I heard is without any consent from wife after sending devorce notice with no response but the consent person not received the notice . Are still proceed with the devorce without knowledge of the wife?
Sending notice is not a precondition to file a case for divorce. A case for divorce can be filed and notice will be sent thereafter through court process. Notice through court process is properly followed.
