Not divorced I want to remarry

I am female hindu..10 years back got separated With out divorce Because of quarrel between us.... don't have any document regarding we got separated ... I don't know his address also.... he got married immediately after separated from me.., I want to marry because of loneliness.... Can I marry without a divorce.. Will there be any problem...
Hi...u can re marry without getting divorce from u r husband but if you are husband challenges the same you will be in trouble if you are husband is not known by you from than seven years you can apply for divorce on the same ground now also and you can get expatre decree of divorce from the court.
