Non Withdrawl of divorce for more than a year. Do we still have to
22-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir me n my husband (Hindu) did not appear for our divorce hearing on 12/12/17 and also for another hearing in March 2017 as we decided to stay together n we were out of country during these dates.
Does our case be still pending now? Or it will not stay valid anymore?
I tried checking online status of our case but its not listed. What does this mean.
Plz help .. Do we still need to withdraw our case after so many months ?
