Need to know Muslim second marriage law

If the wife is not ready to give divorce, he is not ready to live with her due to some personal issues, she asking only for Compensation, in that case can a muslim marry a girl as second, the 1st wife knows it and she threatens that she will file a case and ask for huge compensation, in that case what can we do?
A Muslim men can marry 4 wives The fifth wife is an illegal wife. So a Muslim can marry a 2nd wife without divorcing a first wife. The only purpose of divorce a wife is that she looses the wife status. And if the other wife permits to live with his second wife then they can live in a same house. if not they should live in a separate house.

you can get divorce by saying Talak in your mosque and get a declaration from the court since there is no divorce for a Muslim , Muslim men can marry 3 wife's legally but the 4th wife is only illegal there fore u can marry
