Need suggestion for divorce and next course of action

I want to marry a girl with whom I was in relationship for 7 years. Coz of her parents our marriage did not happen. She is married now for 5 years with a daughter of 4-5 years age. I am still single. Now we both want to marry. She is very sure about our marriage and me too. Want to know how should I or her proceed with this and any legal complications about it.i am working professional in IT industry. It's not like she is having big issues with her current life but has few issues though so ready to face anything. Please advise how we/she should proceed with it.

In this case you cannot perform legal marriage unless she is divorced.
Therefore it is just and necessary to get her marriage dissolved first then you may proceed to marry after the appeal period is over.
She can be divorced by mutual consent or contested divorce as per the case
