Need assistance in understanding my case. un-coperative Lawyer.

Hello, I filed a mutual divorce under section 13 B on 2nd Feb 2019. ( Both Parties has signed the petition and presented before judge ) The Judge has given has the date which is on 23rd April, she said till then both parties do all the financial settlement, till then nothing would happen. After this process I understand we should get a file number or case number for our case, or a date for counselling, My lawyer is not cooperative at all and I have to make him things do, nor he has any information on whats happening. The opposition lawyer changes his statements all the time and hardly talks to me. I wanted to discuss things further or what would be expected in the court on 23rd April. When we filed the case, was that the first motion, or my first motion would be on 23rd April after We settle all the financial stuff. Funny thing is I have filed the case, but I have no information about it as whats going on. Please guide. Thank You
