parties are going for mutual divorce. a girl has filed for mutual divorce. the boy is ready to pay one-time full alimony, But the girl does not have trust in her husband. so it is compulsory to withdraw DV petition before Mutual consent Divorce or she can withdraw later too
it is not compulsary to withdraw DV before filling Mutual consent Divorce
it is optional it must be withdrawal after filling but before deciding of Mutual Divorce
and in between that you should take payment from him
