My wife has given a complaint against me afair and murder comp

Iam married past from 15years and I have 3 kids 1 is daughter 15years 2daughter 9uears old 3 rd son 7years old but my wife is given a complaint against me that I have biten and she gave complaint against me 1. Illegal Afair 2. Murder complaint after that NCR given by police men I aim difficult to live with her I want separate from my wife what to do
keeping the ncr you can file case for divorce and proceed legally as ncr has been done you will be having a valid point to approach court for divorce on the grounds of ncr and you can even file multiple cases against her
