first you must get an anticipatory bail for the case registered by the wife otherwise the police will arrest you in the case next you can failure restitution of conjugal rights petition at appropriate Court so the court will try to unite you so This petition will prevent your wife from demanding a huge money as maintenance

1.Well find any authentic lawyer in your locality to defend you through this whole process.
2.Try to have copies of your evidences before producing the main evidence to anyone.
3. You will have a chance to defend and deny those fake allegations against you, so you don't have to worry about any charges against you. If necessary take Anticipatory Bail if it is advised by your lawyer(you don't have to recommend or suggest unless he says so)

Do not worry. Fifty lakhs is a whopping amount for a bribe. Let the police file fir and you can face the case and challenge your wife. For safety you can apply for anticipatory bail against any possibility of arrest by police to threaten you.

you have to first apply for anticipatory bail and give a complaint to the higher authority - Commissioner or Superintendent of Police. if the case is really false, they will not arrest you, but enquiry will be conducted. please co-operate with the enquiry and tell the elaborate truth to the police
