My sister's got married in meerut 2013. Sister is govt teacher in meerut. Her husband has filed for divorce us13 in 2017. Sister want to live with him . But he and his mother are not ready. In counter we have filed only 1 case on sister mother in law house . In that we have claimed that second floor of that house has been constructed by my sister's money. Both the casees are under proceedings. Can we transfer the case to noida as sister home town is noida and marriage also took place in noida . Can we file more cases on him ?

Hi

You are requested to share case details so that after read, it can be advised.

However, for transfer, only SC has the power to do so.

At the same time, maintenance case can be filed along with more cases.

aap agar apne cases ko Noida transfer krana chahte h to iske liye aapko allahabad highcourt me writ file krni hogi ye law h agar aap ek district se case dusre district me transfer krana chahte h Or agar aapke husband k pass koi Resnable graund divorce ki nhi h to court divorce grant nhi karegi
