My right on marital property after divorce

28-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I'm married for 23 years n hv 2 daughters aged 22 n 16. After going through lot of physical mental sexual n emotional abuse I hv decided to file for divorce. My husband has made properties in my name too to avoid tax. I hold around 50% of the property legally though I was never allowed to use any money that came as rent or from the business.(He's a civil consultant n had his own office for which I'm the dormant partner though it not a registered company under MCA). All I want to know is what will I get after divorce considering the fact that both the daughters are supporting me n will stay with me.

Dear Sir,
You will get 50% of properties of your husband as you are saying that you are joint owner of the properties and dormant partner of the office from which you are husband carrying on the business. You may file suit for declaration to the extent of your share as declared in the deeds and also if necessary file domestic violence case against him.
