My own parents kept my stridhan and not giving me back.

Mai apne husband sai alag rehti hu or apne bache ko akele paal rai hu.maa baap ko kuch time samhalne k liye stridhan dia tha. Magar aub wo kuch bi wapus nai kar rahe. Bus chate ha mai iske pass wapus chale jau. 2 years baad maine alimony ka case dhala ha..maa baap bhot pressure karte ha or majbur karte ha..husband mujhse baby chinna chata ha. Plz guide me
to aap is torture ke against police ke pass jao wmha aapki FIR ho jati h to thk h wrna wo mediation krwayenge nd fail hoga fr wo....to aap court me complaint file kr dena...aap divorce case bhi file kr do taki aapke parents ko ota chl jaye ki aap apne husband ke pas dubara jana ni chahti nd wo maintenance bhi dega aapko nd aapke bche ko
