My husband is not living with me about 6months, what should I do.

Hi meri shadi ko 1year bhi complete nhi hua. mere in laws and husband ne muze ghar se bahar nikal diya. 6months se mai mayke mai rah rhi hun. Sasural wale ghr mai nhi ane de rhe hai. Aur dowry mang rhe hai. Maze sasural mai bahot mentally torture kiya gya so meri mental condition pe bhi uska asr pda hai.
aapne kabhi police me jaake complaint liya tha iss bare me aur aapko ghar me nahi le rahe hain tlaur aap ghar jana chahte ho apne husband se msg pe baat karne ka try kiya tha ye saare evidence aapke paas agar hain to aap domestic violence ka case file kar sakte ho

Jee Mai Aapka Dard Samajh Sakta hu. Kanoon pe Vishwas rakhiye. Aapko Insaaf zarur milega . Aap Section 498 A of IPC ka case Dal Dijiye agar aapke Pati aur In laws aapse Dowry mang rahe hai toh. Aap Chahe toh Divorce ke liye bhi apply kar sakti hai.
